Graham Wallis awarded CAMS Service Star

Graham Wallis, a Classic Outback Trial regular, was recently awarded a CAMS Service Star for his amazing contribution to rallying over the past 30+ years. The Award was presented at the Victorian CAMS Motorsport Awards at Crown.

Graham’s citation read…

“Awarded to Graham Wallis for his many years of participation in club level motor sport as both a competitor and especially his dedication as an event organiser. A few of Graham’s more major events as Clerk of Course include; the 2003 Redex Trial ReRun, conducted 50 years after the first classic ‘round Australia event, the 50th anniversary rerun of the 1956 Ampol Trial in 2006, the 30th Anniversary Repco Reliability Trial Rerun in 2009, the 1978 Readyplan Rerun in 2012, the 60th anniversary rerun of the 1953 Redex Trial in 2013 and the 1986 State Bank Discovery Trial Rerun in 2015. In addition to this, Graham has also been a member of the Victoria Rally Panel for a number of years.”
